What happens after you get in touch

Jordan reads every enquiry that comes through this page. You will normally hear back within one business day — if you have not heard from us in two, something has gone wrong and a phone call is the fastest fix.

The first conversation is genuinely a conversation, not a sales call. We want to understand what you are trying to do, roughly what you are hoping to spend, and when you would like it finished. If it sounds like a fit, we arrange to walk the property. If it does not, we will say so and point you toward someone better suited. Neither of us benefits from a project that was never going to work.

After the walkthrough you get a written, itemised estimate with the assumptions spelled out, so you can see what is included and what is not. There is no charge for any of this and no obligation at the end of it.

What helps to have ready

None of this is required — a couple of sentences is a perfectly good way to start — but if you have it to hand, it saves a round trip:

• Roughly where the property is, and whether you own it yet
• What you are picturing, even loosely — more space, a better kitchen, a house on a lot you already have
• A budget range you are comfortable with
• Any timing that matters, such as a lease ending or a family member moving in
• Plans or drawings, if an architect is already involved

Common questions

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. The consultation, the site visit, and the written estimate are all free.

How soon could you start?

It depends on the season and what is already booked. Design and permitting take time regardless, so getting in touch early costs nothing and keeps your options open. We will give you a realistic date rather than an encouraging one.

Do I need architectural plans before I call?

Not at all. Many clients start with nothing more than an idea. If you already have an architect, we work from their drawings; if you do not, design is part of what we do.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — registered in Idaho and fully insured. We are happy to provide the details, and you should ask any builder you are considering for the same.
